Process for consulting and installing solar power systems of GikaSun will include:
- Fill out the form Consultation request.
- After receiving the requested information, GikaSun will contact customers to Information consultation support.
- When the customer agrees to the initial information, GikaSun will proceed to Surveys and quotes.
- When customers agree to sign a contract, GikaSun will proceed to Construction installation.
- Warranty, cleaning and maintenance for products.
Installation process, warranty
The installation process, the percentage of payment and maintenance, the warranty period will vary depending on the type of construction works, type of materials - equipment and the number of installations. Basically will include:
- Customers pay 20% of the total payment for GikaSun immediately after signing the contract.

Pay the next 50% as soon as GikaSun start construction.
- Within 15 days: for supplies - equipment that available in sufficient quantities and works under 50kwp.
- From 45 days and morefor supplies - equipment that not available in sufficient quantities and works over 50kwp. - Payment complete the remaining 30% for GikaSun immediately after the acceptance of the project.
- After installation is complete, GikaSun will specify the warranty period, then instruct customers how to Clean and Maintain the product.
